Inventory

Inventory is where you manage your tool stack (and the key metadata that powers analytics, utilization, and renewals workflows).

Where to find it

  • In the app, go to Tools to view and manage your inventory.
  • Use search, category, and status views to find what you need.

Adding tools

  • Add tools manually (by name), or pick from a catalog (when available).
  • You can also add a tool from a URL using the enrichment flow.
  • If you reach your plan cap, you’ll see a cap dialog instead of creating more tools.

Tool cards and quick context

  • Tool cards can show high-signal context like assignment count, seats, and estimated cost (where configured).
  • You may also see recent signals, like the latest issue or event associated with the inventory.

Tool detail

  • Open a tool to manage its operational metadata (renewal and contract dates, billing lines, and assignments).
  • Connectors and integration status show up on the tool detail page (so you can troubleshoot coverage and health).
  • Tool detail also links related content like documents (Plans/SOPs/Trainings/Reports) and utilization snapshots.
