Documentation workspace

Create, organize, and share Plans, SOPs, Trainings, and Reports in a structured editor.

Shared mechanics (applies to all document types)

  • Each document type has a list page with filters like status, type (where available), scope, and search, plus pagination.
  • In the editor, you’ll typically see tabs like Preview, Compose, Share, and (when enabled) Exports.
  • Documents follow a lifecycle: DraftPublished → optional Published to portal Archived.
  • Usage limits may apply depending on your plan; you’ll see usage meters/caps in the UI.

Plans

Function: a plan is the document you use to drive execution (initiative, rollout, change program).
  • Tabs: Preview, Compose, Share, and (when enabled) Exports.
  • Scope: plans can be Org-wide or scoped (Department/Team/Tool), and the scope is shown in the editor.
  • Publish / Archive: publish changes the status badge to Published; archive moves it to Archived.
  • Publish to portal (optional): toggle on, choose visibility: Internal or Restricted (OTP). Restricted (OTP) requires selecting at least one Evidence Pack. You can also set Featured and select pack(s).
  • Share links: create Internal or External share links. External links require an email + expiration (1 day / 7 days / 30 days / custom). Links can be listed and revoked from Share.
  • Exports (when enabled): export formats include PPTX, PDF, and DOCX.

SOPs

Function: an SOP is a repeatable procedure/runbook (how to do something consistently).
  • Tabs: Preview, Compose, Share, and (when enabled) Exports.
  • Scope: SOPs support Org-wide vs scoped targeting (Department/Team/Tool).
  • Publish / Archive: publish sets status to Published; archive sets status to Archived.
  • Publish to portal (optional): toggle on, choose visibility Internal or Restricted (OTP). Restricted (OTP) requires at least one Evidence Pack, and you can also set Featured and select pack(s).
  • Share links: Internal or External (email + expiration presets + custom).
  • Exports (when enabled): PPTX, PDF, DOCX.

SOPs: runbooks, portal publishing, sharing

Trainings

Function: a training is enablement/compliance content you can assign and track.
  • Tabs: Preview, Compose, Share, Assignments, and (when enabled) Exports.
  • Scope: trainings support Org-wide vs scoped targeting (Department/Team/Tool).
  • Assignments: create assignments with an optional title + due date, and targets like Org / departments / teams / tools.
  • Publish / Archive: publish sets status to Published; archive sets status to Archived.
  • Publish to portal (optional): Internal vs Restricted (OTP) with the same Evidence Pack requirement for Restricted.
  • Share links: Internal or External (email + expiration presets + custom).
  • Exports (when enabled): PPTX, PDF, DOCX.

Reports

Function: a report is a snapshot and analysis document for stakeholders (what changed, what it means, what to do next).
  • Tabs: Preview, Compose, Share, and (when enabled) Exports.
  • Scope: reports support Org-wide vs scoped targeting (Department/Team/Tool).
  • Publish / Archive: publish sets status to Published; archive sets status to Archived.
  • Publish to portal (optional): Internal vs Restricted (OTP). Restricted (OTP) requires selecting Evidence Pack(s).
  • Share links: Internal or External (email + expiration presets + custom).
  • Exports (when enabled): PPTX, PDF, DOCX.
