Portal

Portal

The Portal is your company’s curated workspace for employees and auditors: announcements, quick links, and a library of published documents.

What the portal is for

  • Internal enablement: one place for IT/security/process content employees can trust.
  • Audit readiness: group evidence into packs and share access links that drive OTP verification.
  • Controlled distribution: decide what is internal-only vs restricted access.

  • Announcements: time-sensitive updates that appear on the portal home.
  • Quick links: action buttons on the portal home (for example: helpdesk, access request, key resources).
  • Sections: the home page is made of configurable modules (for example: Hero, Markdown, Links, Stats).
  • Library items: published Plans, SOPs, Trainings, and Reports that were published to the portal.
  • Evidence packs: curated collections of library items (commonly used for onboarding, audits, and vendor due diligence).
  • Access links (OTP): external links that grant access to selected evidence packs after OTP verification.

External access links (OTP)

  • Access Links are external URLs you can share for the standalone portal experience.
  • Recipients verify access via OTP. Links can be time-bound (expires in hours) and optionally tied to an external email.
  • Every access link must include at least one Evidence Pack (pack_ids).
