Notifications

Configure what your organization gets notified about, and where those notifications are delivered.

Where to find it

Go to Settings → Notifications.

Notification configuration is available to owners and admins.

These toggles control high-level delivery behaviors for your org:

- Email updates

- Weekly digests

- System alerts

- Portal updates

Preferences are configured per event and per delivery channel:

- In-app

- Email (can be immediate or digest)

- Slack (if connected)

- Discord (if connected)

Common categories include connectors, issues, recommendations, usage/spend, contracts, billing, portal, exports, access, and security.

Slack and Discord deliver notifications to the default channel configured for the integration.

Delivery requires both:

- The integration is connected

- A default channel is selected

- The Slack/Discord preference is enabled for that event

Use Test to confirm messages can be delivered.

Discord supports linking individual Discord users to Clevero accounts for the /clevero command.

Admins can view, add, and remove Discord user links from the Notifications settings page.
