Integrations

Discord integration

Connect Discord to receive Clevero notifications in a channel, and optionally link individual users for the /cleverocommand.

Connect Discord (org)

Go to Settings → Notifications and find the Discord section.
Click Connect Discord. Clevero redirects you to Discord to authorize adding the bot to a server (guild).
After the bot is installed, pick a Default channel and send a Testmessage to confirm delivery.

What happens after you connect

Clevero enables a set of recommended Discord notification rules for your org (you can change them any time in the Notifications preferences list).
Notifications are delivered to Discord using your org’s default channel. Until a default channel is set, Discord delivery won’t send.
Clevero also registers the /clevero command in your server.

Link a user (for /clevero)

Discord supports linking an individual Discord user to a Clevero account.
1) In Discord, use the /clevero command
2) Discord gives you a link to complete linking in Clevero
3) Clevero redeems the code and confirms the link
If the code is missing, invalid, or expired, the link page shows an error and you can retry. If your role isn’t allowed, you’ll be asked to contact an admin.
Current limitations: DMs and @mentions are not supported yet.

Disconnect Discord

To stop Discord delivery, go to Settings → Notifications and click Disconnect.
Disconnecting removes the org integration and stops sending notifications until connected again.
